“Science comes Alive under a starry sky”

On Saturday June 20th 5-9pm, Crofton Downs Primary School, Wellington

Have you ever launched a water-powered Rocket from your school sport’s field… Or seen a playground full of telescopes poised to capture the moon… Or watched beautiful, bioluminescent bugs that seem almost alien? For one night only, this and more is coming to Crofton Downs Primary School as we proudly prepare for SPACE NIGHT 2015 – families from anywhere in the galaxy are welcome!

The SPACE NIGHT programme is split into four different zones across the school (The Observatory, Rocket Lab, Alien Forest and Science After Dark). There is something for everyone and plenty to keep inquiring minds busy all night.

SPACE NIGHT is fun for all ages and experience too, with astronomy, science, games, space themed cafe, shop and more. Plus, our friendly astronaut will be back for 2015 to complete our stellar lineup.
